赣北早熟梨有效酸与近红外光谱的相关性研究

Correlation Discussion of the Effective Acid with Near-infrared Spectrum of Ganbei Precocious Pear

通过分析赣北早熟梨有效酸含量与近红外光谱的相关性,试图采用近红外光谱技术对赣北早熟梨有效酸进行无损检测,建立赣北早熟梨有效酸含量和光谱的数学模型。结果表明:利用近红外光谱分析预测赣北早熟梨有效酸含量的方法理想。

By analyzing the Correlation of the Effective Acid with Near-infrared Spectrum of Ganbei Precocious Pear ,We try using Near-infrared Spectrum to detect the Effective Acid of Ganbei Precocious Pear without damaging the pear,and establish the model relations of the pear’s effective acid content and the spectrum mathematical by the near-infrared spectrum technology.The results showed that using Near-infrared Spectrum to predict the Effective Acid of Ganbei Precocious Pear is effective.
