摘要
2007年9月17日,兰州市通往九州开发区咽喉要道的石峡口南部山体发生滑坡灾害,严重影响了九州开发区的交通安全。调查研究表明,降雨、不合理的人工绿化灌溉和滑坡区高陡的地形是诱发石峡口滑坡的主要因素。基于该滑坡的特征和成因,针对性地采取了预应力锚索框架、削方减重和地表排水等综合治理措施。并对加固效果进行了有限元(FEM)数值模拟,通过比较施加预应力锚索前后滑坡的位移、应变和稳定系数的变化来说明加固的效果。治理工程于2008年9月完工,经过近一年的监测,显示滑坡处于稳定状态,证明治理效果良好。
Landslide disaster happened in the Shixiakou southern mountain along the throat route from Lanzhou to the Jiuzhou development zone on September 17,2007.The landslide has seriously affected the road safety in the Jiuzhou development zone.Through detailed investigations,the key elements of inducing this landslide are found to be rainfall,unreasonable false virescence irrigation and the high and steep topography in the landslide region.Based on characteristics and formation mechanism of the landslide,the treatment measures include using prestressed cable frame,cutting work to lose weight and conducting surface drainage.The numerical simulation for the reinforcement effect is carried out by using finite element method.Through comparison of the changes in the landslide displacement,stresses and safety factor before and after the installation of the cables,the reinforcement effect is illustrated.The control engineering was completed in September,2008,and is proved to be successful through nearly one year’s displacement monitoring.
