甲烷芳构化反应和乙烷添加的热力学分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过计算反应的Gibbs自由能变、平衡转化率和平衡组成,考查了无氧条件下甲烷芳构化反应的热力学平衡态,同时也研究了乙烷添加对甲烷转化生成苯热力学平衡的影响。结果表明,甲烷转化生成苯的平衡转化率低,高温下有利于积碳生成;添加乙烷在热力学上有可能促进甲烷转化产生苯,但添加的乙烷更容易生成甲烷,从而抑制甲烷的转化。 The thermodynamic equilibrium of methane debydroaromatization reaction under nonoxidative conditions was investigated by the calculation of Gibbs energy changes of reactions, equilibrmm conversions and equilibrium compositions. The effect of ethane addition on the thermodynamic equilibrium of methane trans/brmation to benzene was also investigated. It ~as revealed (hat thermodynamic equilibrium conversion of methane to benzene is low, and high temperatures thvor the production of coke. The addition of ethane could possibly promote methane transformation to benzene thermodynamically, but ethane produces methane more readily, thus suppressing methane conversion. Keywords:
