摘要
电感耦合全谱直读等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)是一种灵敏度高、精密度好、工作曲线线性范围宽,且可进行多元素、多谱线同时测定的分析方法,使用领域越来越广。文章根据ICP-AES分析金属材料的不同,分别综述了ICP-AES在新型金属材料钕铁合金、铝合金、锆合金、钢铁、高温合金等材料中的元素分析应用。此外,对ICP-AES技术在金属元素测定中的研究现状进行了总结和展望。
ICP-AES is a analysis method which has high sensitivity, good precision, wide range of working curve linear, and also detection multi-element and multiple line at the same time, it has wide used. According the different of metal material analysis by ICP-AES, the paper summarized the ICP-AES application in analysis of some alloys. At the same time, the research development of ICP-AES technology applied in detection of metal elements was forward.
