共建校企联合实验室,提高研究生创新能力

Cultivating Innovative Postgraduate Students with Laboratory Established by University and Enterprise

共建产学研合作联合实验室,建立研究生创新能力培养的平台,是高素质人才培养的重要途径。课题组结合重庆地方产业实际和企业自主创新能力建设的需要,建立了校企共建联合实验室,并建设成为了重庆市级企业技术中心和国家级企业技术中心,提高了学生的综合素质,取得了较好的研究成果,为企业带来了良好的经济效益。为增强产学研合作的力度,改革高校对教师和学生考核方式,建立合理的激励机制是值得探索的问题。

Establishment of cooperation laboratories by university and enterprises can supply research and development platform for postgraduate students to enhance the innovation ability, which is also an important way to cultivate high quality talents. Based on the local industry development and the demand of innovative capability enhancement from enterprises, we established cooperation labs by university and enterprises. Some of the labs were built to municipal or national certified enterprise technology center and the postgraduate students were well-trained by research projects. The cooperation research fruits brought much economical benefits. In order to strengthen the cooperation of university and enterprises, performance evaluation system in university should be adjusted and rational incentive policy should be made.
