摘要
伴随城市化进程的加速,因城市拆迁引发的冲突、群体性事件纷纷进入公众的视野,越来越成为影响和谐稳定的敏感问题,对拆迁制度的反思也提上议事日程。以国际的眼光研究中国的问题,对于弥补现行拆迁制度的缺陷,避免因拆迁引发的冲突、群体性事件的发生以及和谐社会的建设无疑具有积极的作用。
With the increased speed of urbanization,the conflicts and mass chaos are caused by incessant improper house demolitions which seriously influences social stability.The writer of the paper claims that the overseas experiences may as be useful in relations to the deficient demolition system,direct conflicts due to disagreed demolition,and mass chaos.
