The Impact of "Poem-collector Genre" of An Official Conservatory in The Six Dynasties on the Later Development of Local Dialects-A Case Study of Nanjing Dialect

六朝乐府诗对后世的影响,最主要的是使全国各地方言产生了特殊的谐音造词法:隐实示虚,设难成趣,使汉语有了数量众多的有智巧艺术性的词。此尚未有人论述,本文以南京方言为例做补空白而充分的论证。

One of the most profound influences from the poems of official conservatory in The Six Dynasties is to promote the special homonymous derivation for different dialects all over the country. Concealing the nature and showing image,conceiving puns with pleasure are the characteristics that make large amount of intelligent and artistic characters into being. Yet no articles have been conducted about it. This paper intends to explore its formation through the sufficient analysis of Nanjing dialect with an aim to fill up the academic gaps.
