都格尔扎布治疗胃包如病用药规律分析

Analysis of Using Drugs Regularity of Dugarjab Dr. in treating WeiBaoru Altansumber, Mei-rong, A·SoLengaowa

目的:探讨都格尔扎布治疗胃包如病的用药规律。方法:从都格尔扎布门诊病历中随机抽取胃包如病病历60份,对其所用药物进行统计,建立用药频率表,以用药频率≥30%的药物为自变量,以胃包如为因变量,进行logistic回归分析。结果:在60份病历中共使用蒙成药28种,用药频率≥30%的蒙成药共有11种。从logistic回归分析结果可知,用药频率≥30%的11种药物中高尤-11味散和阿那日-5味散的P<0.01。结论:格尔扎布治疗胃包如病时喜用如达-6味散、高尤-11味散等11种药物,英中高尤-11味散和阿那日-5味散具有特异性,疗效非常明显。

Objective：To explore the medication rule of Dugarjab in treating WeiBaoru. Methods：Sixty medical records were collected and the medication frequency table was set up. Logistic regression analysis was performed taking WeiBaom as the dependent variable and Mongolian Medicines with medication frequency more than or equal to 30% as the indepeedent variable. Results：There were 28 species of Mongolian Medicines used in the 60 medical cases.. Conclusion： Dugarjab loves to use ruda-6pewder, hargarber-10 pill, gaoyou-11 powder, angxi--6 powder, anar-5 powder.In particular, anar-5 powder and gooyou-11 powder had the obvious efficacy.
