应用改良的Bistow术式治疗复发性肩关节前脱位23例 被引量：1

摘要 在全身诸关节中，肩关节是活动度最大和灵活度最好的关节，由于解剖生理上的原因，肩胛盂关节面与肱骨头接触仅约25％，前下方仅有盂肱下韧带保护，其脱位的发生率高，以前脱位最为常见，占85％～95％。因首次脱位复位后固定不确切或固定时间不足，亦或损伤严重，易造成肩关节复发性前脱位，需要手术治疗。我院于2004—08至2008—02采用改良的Brlstow术式治疗复发性肩关节前脱位23例，疗效确切。
