机械活化协同常压逆转制备氢化松香施胶剂

摘要 以氢化松香及氢化松香甘油酯为原料,采用自制搅拌球磨机进行原料机械活化处理,考察常压逆转法、机械活化协同常压逆转法、机械活化搅拌转速以及活化时间对施胶剂粒径和施胶性能的影响。结果表明,原料在搅拌转速300r/min、活化时间5min条件下经机械活化处理后,氢化松香施胶剂制备过程的乳化温度、转相温度均下降10℃,产品经激光纳米粒度分析仪检测显示施胶剂粒径仅为294.6nm。将机械活化协同常压逆转法所制施胶剂在中性条件下进行抄纸实验,纸张的施胶度达到66s。 The hydrogenated rosin sizing agent was prepared with the hydrogenated rosin and its glyceride as raw materials and by mechanical activation treatment using self-developed stirring ball mill,the effects of atmospheric inversion process,atmospheric inversion process coupled with mechanical activation,stirring speed and activating time of mechanical activation on the particle size of hydrogenated rosin sizing agent and sizing performance were studied.The results showed that the emulsifying temperature and the phase inversion temperature of preparation process of neutral hydrogenated rosin size were all decreased 10℃ when the raw materials had been mechanically activated under the conditions of stirring speed 300 r/min and activating time 5 min.The testing result by laser nanoparticle size analyzer indicated that the particle size of sizing agent was only 294.6 nm.The products prepared by atmospheric inversion process coupled with mechanical activation were tested in neutral paper making,and the sizing degree of the resultant paper was 66 s.
