急性冠脉综合征患者缺血性J波与心脏事件关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究急性冠脉综合征患者缺血性J波与心脏事件关系,分析伴有J波改变的急性冠脉综合征患者的预后。方法选择住院的急性冠脉综合征患者94例,心电图显示J波的为J波组共46例,无J波的为对照组,共48例,比较两组临床症状及心脏事件。结果 J波组与对照组相比,发生胸闷、室性心动过速、前壁心肌梗死、并发糖尿病者多(P<0.05)。结论心电图有J波的急性冠脉综合征患者临床情况较差,预后不良,易发生严重的心律失常。 Objective To analyse the relationship between J wave and cardiac events of the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and inquire into the prognosis of the ACS patients with J wave. Methods Clinic conditions of 94 cases of ACS were divided into two groups:46 cases with J wave in their electrocardiograms;48 cases without J wave in their electrocardiograms,comparing their cardiac events and conditions.Results The data showed that the J-wave—positive group had higher indices than the Jwave—negative group,as follows:thoracic oppression,ventricular tachycardia,anterior myocardial infarction,and combined diabetes(P 0.05).Conclusion General condition of patients with ACS and a prominent J wave in electrocardiogram was worse than that of patients without J wave,and severe arrhythmia occurs more easily in the former.
