摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对我国短距离速滑力量训练现状进行了研究。主要阐述了4个方面的内容:教练员对短距离速滑力量训练认识;优秀短距离速滑运动员力量素质训练手段选择;短距离速滑力量训练方法要求和优秀短距离速滑运动员力量训练评述,旨在为促进我国短距离速滑力量训练提供参考和借鉴。
With adoption of literature study,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzed characteristics of strength training of the national elite short distance speed skating from the coaches＇ understanding of the strength training,the training methods and requirements,and the reseaches into the training.
