宁夏回族人群CYP2C9基因多态性研究

摘要 目的了解宁夏回族人群CYP2C9等位基因和基因型分布频率以及与其他不同民族之间的差异。方法通过扩增引进限制性酶切位点(ACRS)和聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术分析CYP2C9基因多态性,并与其他民族CYP2C9基因多态性分布进行比较。结果宁夏回族人群中共检测到2种等位基因,CYP2C9*1、CYP2C9*3等位基因的频率分别为0.970、0.030,基因型CYP2C9*1*1、CYP2C9*1*3的频率分别为0.940、0.060。结论宁夏回族人群CYP2C9*3等位基因频率与新疆维吾尔人群、欧美地区人群差异有统计学意义,与亚洲其他民族人群相比差异无统计学意义。 Objective To investigate the frequencies of the alleles and the genetypes of CYPC9 in Ningxia Hui and compared those in other ethnical groups.Methods The polymorphisms of CYPC9 gene was detected by ACRS and PCR-RFLP method,frequencies of the alleles and the genetypes were compared with those in other population.Results The frequencies of two alleles was found in Ningxia Hui(CYP2C9* 1、CYP2C9* 3) were respectively 0.970 and 0.030,The frequencies of CYP2C9* 1* 1 and CYP2C9* 1* 3 were respectively 0.940 and 0.060.Conclusion The distribution of polymorphism of CYP2C9 in Ningxia Hui is significantly different from that in Uygurs and Euro-American populations,but is similar to as found in Asian populations except for Uygurs populations.
