摘要
在宽频带、大双音动态、高增益、小功耗射频接收机的设计中,要在较低功耗下获得最大的双音动态范围,需综合考虑接收机的三阶互调截点(IP3)、各级器件的IP3及增益大小。从双音动态范围与IP3的关系出发,介绍了大动态范围接收机的设计方法。通过合理地分配各级器件增益和三阶截点大小,保证各级混频器有足够的线性余量,最后设计出增益为70 dB、双音动态范围为55 dB的低功耗射频接收机。
In the design of wideband RF receiver with high dual tone dynamic range, high gain and low power consumption, IP3 of the receiver, IP3 and gain of each stage component should be synthetically considered to obtain the highest dual tone dynamic range with lower power consumpution. In this paper, the relationship between the dual tone dynamic range and IP3 is introduced, and then a design method is described. By rationally allocat- ing the gain of the compontes on each stage to assure that mixer on each stage has sufficient linerity margin, and then slecting the gain and IP3 of the IF amplifier, a low power consumption RF receiver is designed with a gain of 70 dB and the dual tone dynamic range of 55 dB.
