血液透析医护人员职业防护的调查分析

Survey and Analysis on Professional Protection for Hemodialysis Medical personnel

目的:了解血液透析医护人员职业防护现状,为卫生行政监督提出对策。方法:对60名血液透析医护人员进行培训,在培训前、培训后各进行1次"血液透析医护人员职业防护情况"问卷调查,并对问卷结果进行分析。结果:经比较培训前、培训后对预防的概念、经血液传播疾病的防护、职业暴露与规范操作等方面的认识,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对随时戴手套的习惯、被刺伤后立即清洗伤口、医疗废物分类处置等方面的认识,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过加强职业防护知识的学习、各项操作规程及防护措施,血液透析医护人员的防护观念和行为有了明显改善。

Objective： To survey the current status of professional protection on hemodialysis medical personnel so as to propose countermeasures for sanitary administration and supervision. Methods： Sixty hemodialysis medical personnel were trained, who were investigated by questionnaire on professional protection on hemodialysis medical personnel only once before and after training and the questionnaire results were analyzed at the same time. Results：Compared with the cognition on the concepts of prevention, preventive protection of blood transmitted diseases, occupational exposure and regular operating and so on, there was statistical significance in difference. （P 〈 0.05）. There was no statistical significance in following three items such as the habits of wearing gloves whenever, cleaning the stabbed wounds, the proper disposal of medical wastes with a suitable classification （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The protective concepts and the behaviour on professional protection of hemodialysis medical personnel＇ s have been improved obviously by making strenuous efforts to learn the professional protection knowledge and strictly following the rules of operation and taking various measures.
