摘要
目的探讨小组合作学习在本科《外科护理学》实验教学中的应用效果。方法在《外科护理学》实验教学中,将2005级护理本科学生分为两组:对照组采取传统的个人学习;实验组接受小组合作学习,将两组的每项外科护理操作考核成绩做比较,考核结束后按随机数字表法抽查部分实验组学生进行问卷调查。结果实验组与对照组学生在更换引流袋、器械辨认使用2项操作上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);穿手术衣戴手套、洗手操作上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小组合作学习可以替代个人学习应用于外科护理实验教学,而且有助于自主学习和培养团队合作精神,符合当今人才培养理念。
Objective To evaluate the effects of group cooperative learning on the experimental teaching of surgical nursing science among undergraduated nursing students.Methods In the experimental teaching of surgical nursing science,the undergraduate nursing students of grade 2005 were divided into the control group given the traditional self-learning mode and the experimental group given the group cooperative learning mode.The scores of every operative item were compared between the two groups and a questionnaire was adopted to investigate certain students of the experimental group at random.Results Significant differences were observed in changing drainage pack and identifying medical instruments for the students in the two groups(P0.05).However,no significant differences in wearing gloves and gown and hand-washing(P0.05).Conclusion Group cooperative learning mode can be used in the experimental teaching of surgical nursing scince instead of self-learning mode,which contributes to self-learning and cooperative spirits in accordance with the current personnel training mode.
