摘要
3-氨基苯甲酸在有机化学和工业生产中的用途是多方面的.可作为医药和染料中间体,在工业生产中用于制造偶氮染料,医药乙碘苯酸和胆影酸,也是制造压敏兰复写材料的重要原料,尤其用于消炎镇痛药酮基布洛芬的合成.本文以苯甲酸为原料利用混酸硝化反应制得3-硝基苯甲酸,然后经过两种还原方法得到3-氨基苯甲酸,包括铁粉的还原方法和金属钯碳的催化还原.经过对比发现:在3-硝基苯甲酸的还原反应中,钯碳催化剂表现出较高的催化活性和选择性,收率达到95%.
Achievements of 3-aminobenzoic acid in organic chemistry and basic research on industrial production are manifold. Used as an intermediate for medicine and dye, in industrial production for the manufacture of azo dyes, medicine biodobenzene acid and bile acid filmo also it is an important raw material to create pressure-ian replication materials, especially in the synthesis of ketoprofen which is a anti-inflammatory analgesic drug. 3-nitrobenzoic acid was synthesized from nitration reaction to use benzoic acid as row materials. Then through two reduction reactions of 3-aminobenzoic acid, including iron and metal palladium catalytic reduction of carbon. Compare two methods:in the diazotization of 3-nitrobenzoic acid, palladium-charcoal catalyst showed high catalytic activity and selectivity, increase the yield of the target product.
