摘要
介绍了垃圾焚烧发电厂垃圾焚烧炉的构造,并结合焚烧炉的本身特点选取安全评价方法,运用预先危险性分析和作业条件危险性评价两种安全评价方法,对垃圾焚烧炉进行安全评价.两种方法结合使用,既能够定性的分析发生事故原因及条件,预测事故后果,又能够定量分析发生事故等级,提出安全对策措施.
The construction of waste incinerators in waste incineration plant is introduced, according to the incinerators characteristics selects safety evaluation method, two kinds of safety assessment methods （PHA＆LEC） are put forward. Combination of two methods can analysis the cause of the accident comprehensively.
