摘要
汽车离合器盖总成检测机是用于检测汽车离合器综合特性的设备.在检测机工作过程中,其施力、承力部件会发生影响测试准确性的变形,降低检测的精度.为了探讨该检测机产生变形的大小、形变的部位,采用有限元方法对主要结构进行分析,为改进设计提供依据.
Motor vehicle clutch test bench is an equipment used for testing the integrated capability of motor vehicle clutch. While the equipment working, the deformation is brought from force exerting and supporting component of the machine. But the tested veracity was being affected by the deformation, and debase its precision. In order to probe into the magnitude and position of deformation produced by this part, the finite element analysis method was adopted to simulate the responses of main structure. The results provide a basis for improving the design.
