摘要
3-硝基肉桂酸是合成诊断药物碘普酸钙的重要中间体,也用于其它有机合成.本文以3-硝基苯甲醛为原料,在醋酸钠存在下与乙酸酐缩合,成功制得3-硝基肉桂酸,然后再经铁粉还原,制得3-氨基肉桂酸.目标化合物的熔点和红外吸收光谱与文献相符.
The compound is an important intermediate of diagnosing of drug iodine calcium. This article is taking 3-nitrobenzaldehyde as raw material to synthesis the target compound, which was synthesized by condensation reaction of natrium aceticum and acetic anhydride, after that, by the reactions of deoxidization ,3-aminocinnarnie acid has been synthesized successfully. The chemical structure of target compound was determined by melting point and IR.
