近几年,我国进入了快速城市化建设发展时期,住宅的建设量、需求量逐年剧增,住宅建设过程中消耗了大量的能源,建设节能型生态住区已成为城市建设的重点发展方向,而良好的现代化生态住区的规划设计是实现节能的关键和基础。同时,随着社会经济的发展,人们也越来越追求住区环境的生态、节能等理念。通过对生态住区规划设计的因地制宜、规划布局、绿化与景观设计几个方面的阐述分析,提出了生态住区规划节能设计的思路、方法与措施,充分体现了生态住区规划设计的节能思想。

In recent years,China is entering a period of rapid urban construction and development.Residential construction and demand increase hugely year by year,consuming a great deal of energy in the housing construction process.Construction of energy-saving eco-residential becomes the focus of development of urban construction.Good planning and design for the modern eco-residential is the key and basis to achieve energy-saving.At the same time,people are increasingly pursuing the ecological environment in residential areas and energy-saving ideas with the social and economic development.The ideas,methods and measures for eco-residential energy-saving planning and design are proposed through expounding the ecological planning and design of the local conditions,layout,landscape design and other several aspects of eco-residential area,fully reflecting energy-saving ideas.
