更年期综合征的心理支持治疗

Psychological supporting treatment for climacteric syndrome.

目的了解更年期综合征患者心理和精神障碍，探讨对其心理支持治疗。方法对６０例更年期综合征患者随机分组，在治疗前后，应用症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）进行评分，对治疗组出现的心理和精神障碍予心理支持治疗。结果两组治疗前评分比较Ｐ＞００５，具有可比性。治疗组在心理支持治疗后３个月、６个月评分与治疗前比较Ｐ＜００５和Ｐ＜００１。对照组治疗无改变。两组间比较，３个月和６个月分别为Ｐ＜００５和Ｐ＜００１。结论更年期综合征患者，临床上或多或少出现不同程度心理和精神障碍，心理支持治疗是有效的。

Objective To study the psychological disorder of the patients of climacteric syndrome and explore the psychological supporting therapy for them.Methods 60 patients were assigned randomly to the test group and the control group,each of which were marked by Symptom Check List(SCL-90)before and after the treatment,respectively.The psychological disorders in the test group were given psychological supporting therapy.Results The scores between the two groups were similar(P>0 05)before treatment.In the test group,the scores decreased significantly after treated for 3(P<0 05)and 6 months(P<0 01)compared with those before therapy,while the control group had no change.The scores between the two groups were differents after treated for 3(P<0 05)and 6 (P<0 01)months.Conclusions The patients with climacteric syndrome would suffer psychological disorders in different degree.The psychological supporting therapy was essential and effective for them. \ \
