摘要
研究了高透明线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)DFDA-9086的性能。与LLDPE DFDA-9085相比,DFDA-9086吹塑薄膜的雾度降低35%,落镖冲击强度略有提高,对氧气和水蒸气的阻隔性有较大改善,其他各项性能基本一致。采用差示扫描量热法、X射线衍射和偏光显微镜研究了其结晶行为和晶体形态,与DFDA-9085相比,DFDA-9086的结晶温度升高4.69℃,结晶度更高,球晶尺寸显著减小。
The authors studied properties of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with high transparency, grade DFDA-9086. Compared with DFDA-9085, haze of blown film made of DFDA-9086 decreased 35%, dart drop impact strength slightly increased, oxygen and moisture barrier property dramatically improved whereas other properties were almost the same. The crystallization behavior and crystal morphology of DFDA-9086 and DFDA-9085 were studied by means of differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and polarizing light microscope(PLM). DFDA-9086 had 4.69 ℃higher crystallization temperature, obviously higher crystallinity and significantly smaller spherulite size in comparison with DFDA-9085.
