摘要
综采采空区瓦斯涌出源多,影响因素多,运移过程复杂,往往导致回采工作面上隅角的瓦斯超限,甚至引起工作面回风流中瓦斯超限,更为严重地还导致成分区总回风巷瓦斯超限,严重威胁到整个矿井的安全生产.基于前人关于采空区瓦斯运移的研究成果,采用FLUENT数值模拟研究了某煤业公司的2328综采工作面采空区瓦斯运移规律,并采用同样的方法数值模拟优化研究了上隅角瓦斯治理的参数,现场实践取得了较好的抽采效果.
There are multiple sources of gas emission in mechanized mining gob.Affected by multiple factors,the gas migration process is very complex,leading to the gas content exceeded in the upper corner,and resulting in the gas content exceeded in the face back airflow,or even leading to the airway gas content exceeded in the total back airflow,which seriously threating to coal mine safety in production.Based on research results of the mined-out area gas transportation,it gob gas distribution law was numerically simulated by use of FLUENT software,which in a certain company's 2328 fully mechanized coal mining face the upper corner gas control methods were put forward.
