摘要
以KI和NaOH为催化剂,草酸溶液与聚氯乙烯(PVC)接枝反应合成了新型化合物PVC-草酸.在乙腈溶液中PVC-草酸和双(三苄基锡)氧化物反应,合成了有机锡高分子化合物PVC-草酸-三苄基锡.确定了PVC-草酸-三苄基锡的最佳合成条件.并应用微波合成法合成了中间体三苄基氯化锡.并用红外光谱等技术对合成化合物进行表征.
A new kind of organic tin polymer PVC-oxalic acid-tribenzyltin was synthesized by PVC-oxalic acid reacting with bis(tribenzyltin)oxide in methyl cyanide,and PVC-oxalic acid formed by grafting oxalic acid onto poly vinyl chloride(PVC)by the catalysis of KI and NaOH.The optimum conditions of syntheses above were determined.Tribenzyltin chloride was synthesized by microwave synthesis also.The substances above were characterized by IR and melted point analysis.
