摘要
目的 :探讨冠心病 ( CHD)患者血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 ( OX- LDL)与血清一氧化氯( NO)的变化及相关关系。方法 :测定 60例 CHD患者及 40例正常对照者血浆 OX- L DL及血清 NO水平 ,分析二者变化的关系。结果 :CHD患者血浆 OX- L DL水平显著高于正常对照组 ,血清 NO水平显著低于正常对照组 (均 P<0 .0 0 1) ,二者呈显著负相关。结论 :CHD患者 OX- LDL水平升高 ,NO分泌减少 ,二者相互影响 ,共同参与
Objective:To investigate the relationship between changes of the le vels of plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX LDL) and serum nitric oxide (NO) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Method:The levels of plasma OX LDL and serum NO were measured in 60 patients with CHD and 40 normal control subjects (NS).Relationship between changes of the levels of OX LDL and NO was studied by analysis of linear correlation.Result:The level of plasma OX LDL was significantly higher,while the level of serum NO was markedly lower in patients with CHD than those of controls.The analysis of linear correlation showed the level of plasma OX LDL was negatively correlated with that of serum NO (P< 0.01 ).Conclusion:The results suggest that the level of plasma OX LDL is higher and basil release of NO is lower in patients with CHD.Both higher OX LDL and lower NO may play an important role in the progression of CHD.
