The implementary of new tax policy of recyclable resources brought a great impact on the recyling and reclamation industry. This study demonstrated the impact on the recyling and reclamation enterprise in Yuhuan County, and analysed the difficulties the industry was faced after the implementary of new tax policy. Some suggestions were also raised.
