摘要
包装废物作为再生资源的重要一类,其回收体系融入在整个再生资源回收体系之中,与再生资源回收体系难以割裂,没有完全独立的包装废物回收系统。总结了我国包装废物回收体系的发展阶段,从目前看,其回收体系仍处于调整和规范发展阶段,并且还将维持较长时间;从不同角度归纳出包装废物的各种回收模式及相应特点;阐述了目前我国各种包装废物回收体系存在的合理性,与现阶段我国国情相符合;最后分析了包装废物回收体系中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的解决对策。
The packaging wastes is one of recyclable resources, and its recycling system is integrated into is the whole recycling system of recyclable resources. The paper summarized the development stages of packaging waste recycling system in China, and pointed out that the current system has been and will be adjusting and improving is a certain long period. It also summarized various recycling modes and their characteristics, and showed that the current recycling system of packaging waste was resonable and adaptive to national conditions. In the end, the main problems of the recycling system of packaging waste were analyzed and relative suggestions were raised.
