摘要
针对农业机械制造中相贯线焊缝零件的连续焊接问题,设计了一种新型的双焊枪自动焊接机。同时,阐述了焊接机的工作原理,对其主要机构进行了设计。利用三维软件建模,并且对其进行了运动仿真。焊接试验证明,焊接机焊接效率高,焊接质量稳定,满足了设计要求。
For the continuous welding problem of parts with intersecting-line in manufacturing of agricultural machinery,a new type of dual-torch automatic welding machine is designed.The working principle of the welding machine is described,and its main mechanisms are designed.Using a three-dimension software,its model is built and the motion simulation is carried out.Welding tests prove that the welding machine has high efficiency and stable quality.The design requirements are met.
