摘要 为了加快农村水田播种机、插秧机和园艺机械的发展,设计研发了一种液压后轮驱动式轻型农机水田自走底盘。底盘采用125摩托车发动机与液压传动系统相结合实现动力匹配,底盘的液压系统实现了一泵同时驱动两轮马达差速行走、同步动力输出和液压油缸升降的功能,底盘的大部分部件为标准生产件,为底盘的单件小批量、快速、低成本生产提供了有利条件。试验证明,底盘可用于水田作业,亦可用于旱地作业。 To speed up the development of paddy field seeder,rice transplanter and gardening machine of countryside,this paper aims to research and develop one kind of light self-propelled chassis that uses hydraulic transmission and rear wheel drive.The chassis combines motorcycle engine with the hydraulic transmission system to realize the power match.A pump's actuating two round motor difference fast to walk,affording synchronous power take-off,and driving hydraulic ram rose or fell simultaneously can be realized by the hydraulic transmission system.Furthermore,majority parts of the chassis are standard production,which is of advantage to product chassis singly,quickly and cheaply.The farther experiment proved that the chassis can be used in the paddy field even the dry land.
