摘要
针对沙生灌木在收割过程中出现的问题,用滑切角为53°的割刀进行室外切割对比试验,统计分析试验结果并建立回归方程。通过分析、优化圆盘曲线形割刀的参数,设计了一款圆盘割刀,经试验表明切割效果显著,可为相关装备设计提供借鉴。
A new design of the cutters with the 53°shearing angle has been accomplished by the sliding cutting angle aimed to solve the extremely important problem of the cutting desert shrub.The mathematical regression equation model was established by the outdoor experiment.During the statistical analysis,it is optimized the parameter of the desert shrub cutting stubble＇s cutter.The result shows the feasibility of the method.
