摘要
分析了牛粪尿对环境的危害以及有氧堆肥的工艺特点和技术经济的优势。同时,结合当前我国养殖业的发展形势和环境治理的紧迫要求,通过5参数4水平正交试验筛选出温度、水分、时间、菌种群和肥堆高度5个影响工厂化牛粪有氧堆肥的重要工艺参数。经试验验证后对最佳参数又进行修正,应用到生产实践中证明该工艺科学合理、经济有效。
Analysis environmental pollution of cattle dejecta and technological characteristic of composting with complex thermophilic microorganism and superiority of technology and economy,deal with developing situation of livestock breeding and urgency of improving the environment,to sieve the best important technological parameters for influencing composting by the orthogonal experiment in 5factors and 4 levels,temperature,moisture,time,the group of microorganism and high of compost heap,is rational,effective.
