摘要
对农村信息贫困进行科学评价是解决信息贫困和新农村建设顺利进行的前提。为此,以河北省为例,采用Delphi法构建了评价河北省农村信息贫困的指标体系;以此为依据,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判方法对河北省6个不同地形区域的农村信息贫困进行了综合评价。结果显示,信息贫困在河北省广大农村地区普遍存在,而山区农村信息贫困最为严重。因此,重视和解决山区农村信息贫困是今后河北省农村信息化建设的重点。
The evaluation of rural information poverty is a prerequisite to eliminate information poverty and to develop new rural countryside.In this study,rural informatization evaluation model in Hebei was designed by Delphi method to estimate rural information poverty.Then,AHP method and FCE method were used to estimate rural information poverty of six different areas.The results showed that information poverty was prevailing in the vast rural areas in Hebei province,while the most severe poverty in mountainous areas.Therefore,it will be the focus of rural informatization construction to solve information poverty in mountainous areas.
