摘要
以秸秆粉碎破茬联合作业机粉碎辊为研究对象,采用了PRO/E三维软件建立粉碎辊实体模型,利用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS对粉碎辊锤爪不同排列进行了仿真,并对其振动性能进行了研究分析,基于仿真实验结果给出粉碎辊锤爪最优的排列方案。
In this paper,Crush Roll of Joint Practice of straw chopping stubble-breaking machine as the research object,using PRO /E 3D software,established a crushing roller solid model using the mechanical system dynamics analysis software ADAMS different pairs of crushing rollers arranged Hammerheads a simulation of its vibration performance of the research and analysis,based on simulation results show the best claw hammer crushing roller arrangement of the program.
