基于PLC的挤压膨化压力参数控制

摘要 挤压膨化技术在食品工业、油脂和酿造等多个领域中得到了应用。随着电器控制的普及,可编程控制器(PLC,Programmable Logic Contorller)广泛应用于挤压膨化技术中。为此,以工控机和CP5611卡为上位机,应用FameView组态软件为开发软件,实现了上位机监控界面的显示;以PLC(西门子S7-200)作为下位机,并与执行机构连接,应用RS-485串行通信协议进行上下位机的通信。对挤压膨化机压力检测进行了详细分析,指出了PLC在挤压膨化机中应用特点和发展趋势。 Extrusion technology has been applied in the food industry,oil,brewing and other fields.With the popularity of electrical control,PLC (Programmable Logic Controller,PLC) is widely used in extrusion technology.Industrial computer and the CP5611 card are used as the host computer,and FameView configuration software as the development software to implement the monitor interface of host computer.PLC (Siemens S7-200) is used as the slave machine to connect with the implementing agencies.RS-485 serial communication protocol is used for communication between host and slave machine.Pressure detection of extrusion bulking machine is analyzed in detail,pointing out the characteristics and trends.
