摘要
目的探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞、CD3-CD57+NK细胞及CD3+CD57+NKT细胞在肝细胞癌患者外周血中的表达及意义。方法利用流式细胞仪对31例肝细胞癌患者、59例慢性肝炎、肝硬化患者及48例正常人外周血中的CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞、CD3-CD57+NK细胞及CD3+CD57+NKT细胞进行定量分析。结果肝细胞癌组外周血中CD4+CD25+T细胞较正常对照组及慢性肝炎、肝硬化组明显减少(P<0.05),肝细胞癌组外周血中CD3-CD57+NK细胞及CD3+CD57+NKT细胞较正常对照组及慢性肝炎、肝硬化组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论 CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞可能通过对CD3-CD57+NK细胞及CD3+CD57+NKT细胞功能的抑制参与了肝癌细胞的免疫逃逸作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of the alteration of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells,CD3^-CD57^+ NK cells and CD3^+CD57^+ NKT cells in peripheral venous blood in patients of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The number and distribution of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells,CD3^-CD57^+ NK cells and CD3^+CD57^+ NKT cells in peripheral venous blood(31 patients of HCC,59 patients of chronic hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis vs 48 healthy control) were analyzed by flow cytometry.Results Compared with normal control and the group of chronic hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis,CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells were reduced significantly(P〈 0.05) in peripheral venous blood in patients of HCC,while,CD3^-CD57^+ NK cells and CD3^+CD57^+ NKT cells were increased significantly(P〈 0.05).Conclusion CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells possibly participate in immune es-cape of hepatocellular carcinoma through inhibition of CD3^-CD57^+ NK cells and CD3^+CD57^+ NKT cells.
