正常人吞咽时舌运动的M型超声研究

The research of M-mode ultrasonography of tongue movement during swallowing in normal people

目的探讨M型超声对舌吞咽运动的应用价值和准确性。方法使用联合衬垫超声扫描技术(CST),应用M型超声对158例正常人舌吞咽运动进行测量,参数包括吞咽时间,吞咽平均速度,吞咽运动范围,每位受试者测量3次取平均值。结果 M型超声测量正常人吞咽总时间为(2.028±0.028)s,吞咽平均速度为(2.12±0.503)cm/s,吞咽运动范围为(4.22±0.878)cm。结论 M型超声测量舌吞咽运动参数重复性较好,可作为研究舌吞咽功能的一种较可靠实用的检查方法。

Objective To explore the value and accuracy of M-mode ultrasonography of tongue move-ment during swallowing.Methods Combined with cushion scanning technique（CST）,M-mode ultrasonography was used to investigate swallowing movement in tongue of normal people（158 cases）,the parameters included the total time of swallowing,the mean velocity,the range of swallowing movement.The data of each person were detected three times and the average was taken.Results The Dt was（2.028 ± 0.028） s,the Vm was（2.12 ± 0.503） cm/s,and the Rt was（4.22 ± 0.878） cm.Conclusion The repeatability of tongue swallowing movement was good with M-mode ultrasonography,and it may be a good way to investigate the swallowing movement in tongue.
