摘要
本文分析了4004铝合金方铸锭的气孔缺陷形成机理及产生的原因,并通过采取延长精炼时间、增加变质前的静置、采用三转子除气装置、提高铸造温度等措施,减少了熔体中的气体。
This article analyzes formation mechanism of 4004 aluminum alloy ingot the blowhole and explains why it is happened.Then elaborates the methods to reduce the amount of gas in melts through the adoption of extended refining time,increased standing before alternation,taking a three-rotor degassing device,increase the casting temperature and other measures.it is also to be proved all the measures are effective by the surface quality of ingots before and after comparison.
