对八钢新区A高炉风口破损的原因及处理进行了分析总结。认为炉缸堆积是风口破损的主要原因。通过提高焦炭质量、改进操作和强化管理等措施,风口烧坏得到控制,保证了高炉生产的稳定顺行。
Analysis the reason of the tuye demage in 2500m3 NO.A BF.The main problem encountered in accumulated substance in the hearth.According to improve the Coke Quality and furance smooth running,maintaining the suitable inner profile of BF,have been adapted,and the condition of blast furnace has been improved.
