妊娠糖尿病者抵抗素与胰岛素抵抗相关性研究

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠糖尿病患者(GDM)空腹抵抗素水平与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法:检测54例GDM者和50例正常血糖(NBG)孕妇的血清空腹抵抗素水平,同时以稳态模型HOMA-IR计算胰岛素抵抗指数。结果:GDM组抵抗素水平和HOMA-IR指数高于NBG组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);GDM组多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,孕前体质指数(BMI)和腹围(WC)、孕期抵抗素是IR的独立危险因素。结论:GDM者血清抵抗素水平高于NBG者,抵抗素升高与IR密切相关。 Oective：To analyze the correlation of serum resistin level and insulin resistance（IR）in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）.Methods：The fasting serum level of resistin was examined in 54 GDM and 50 normal blood glucose pregnant women（NBG）.The insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR）was calculated.Results：The fasting serum resistin level and HOMA-IR of GDM were higher than NBG（P〈0.05）.A multiple linear stepwise regression analysis indicated that progestation body mass index（BMI）and waist circumference,resistin of pregnancy were independent factors affecting HOMA-IR.Conclusion：Fasting serum resistin level of GDM was higher than NBG,resistin level was strongly correlated with resistin in GDM.
