摘要
目的:回顾性分析胃癌病例临床病理特点及与预后关系。方法:对我院胃癌术后患者进行随访,总结并对临床资料、病理特点、生存率等进行统计分析。结果:患者1、3、5年累计生存率分别为75.86%、52.87%、42.53%,TNM分期和手术方式是影响预后的重要因素。结论:早发现、早诊断、早期实行根治性手术是改善预后的重要手段。
Objective：retrospectively analyse clinical characteristics of the gastric carcinoma cases between 2000 and 2009 and its relationship with prognosis.Methods：follow up the patients after surgery,the clinical and pathological data are collected and analysed.Results：the accumulative one-year,three-year and five year survival rates are 75.86%,52.87% and 42.53% respectively.TNM staging and surgiclal ways are the important prognotic factors.Conclusion：the ways that discover early,diagnose early and perform radical surgery early are critically improtant to improve prognosis.
