摘要
目的:了解米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在稽留流产中的疗效。方法:回顾分析2008～2009年收治的100例稽留流产患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇序贯用药,服法米非司酮25mg每12小时服用1次,空腹前2小时服,3天后服米索前列醇0.6mg;对照组常规服卵巢素5mg,每天3次,3天后行清宫术或羊膜腔注利凡诺引产术;两组比较组织物自然排出情况、阴道流血情况和手术情况。结果:观察组组织物自然排出47例(94%),阴道流血少,二次手术少,不良反应小。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于稽留流产安全流产率高,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：Mifepristone and Misoprostol in the efficacy of missed abortion.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 2008～2009 in our hospital admitted 100 cases of missed abortion were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,50 cases of the observation group with mifepristone and misoprostol sequential medication,Fu Fa m non-Division one 25mg every 12h1 times,fasting before the 2h clothes,three days after the misoprostol 0.6mg;control group,ovarian hormone 5mg regular clothes three times a day,three days after surgery or intra-amniotic injection Qing rivanol induction of labor surgery;the two groups organized the natural discharge of material,vaginal bleeding and surgical conditions.Results：The group of 47 cases of spontaneous expulsion of the organization complex,accounting for 94%,less vaginal bleeding,secondary surgery less side effects.Conclusion：Mifepristone and misoprostol for missed abortion to safe abortion rate,side effects,worthy to be popularized.
