摘要
纺织服装行业在CSC9000T的推动下率先投身企业社会责任运动,初获瞩目成果,当前企业履行CSR日益成为推动企业与社会、环境和谐发展的时代潮流。但现在仍有一些企业对CSR存在隔膜,其原因可概括为对CSR的认知欠缺,承担CSR的经济能力不足,利益激励模糊。本文针对上述问题进行分析,并从企业组织与规划、政府支持与引导、企业履行CSR的评价、适当降低CSR报告的成本等方面提出建议思考。
With CSC9000T's promotion,textile and garment industry pioneered in the Corporate Social Responsibility movement and got impressive achievements.Now,it already becomes a giant trend that enterprises' fulfilling CSR is increasingly promoting business and social,environmental and harmonious development.However,a number of companies are lack of the understanding to CSR.This paper has analyzed these issues,and raised thoughts and suggestions.
