摘要
观察了缺氧、复氧对豚鼠心肌细胞膜电位的影响及红花黄素的保护作用。结果表明,缺氧5~25min时RP、APA减小,Vmax减慢,APD10、APD50、APD90缩短。复氧5~20min后,RP、APA和Vmax进一步减小,APD10、APD50、APD90明显缩短。在灌流液中加入红花注射液保持其浓度在1%时,RP、APA显著增加,Vmax增快,APD10、APD50、APD90明显延长。复氧20min后膜电位各项参数趋向恢复正常。此结果提示,红花黄素对缺氧。
In this study, it was studied that the effect of carthamfutinctorius on transmembrane potentials in papillary myocardium of guinea pig. The results showed that RP, APA and V max were dereased; APD 10 , APD 50 and APD 90 were shortened markedly when anoxia continued 5~25min. All the parameters above were further low after reoxygenating for 5~20min, 1% carthamfutinctorius of had apparently the effect of increasing RP, APA, V max and prolonging APD 10 , APD 50 and APD 90 , which recovered to normal after reoxygenating 20min. It is indicated that carthamfutinctorius possessed protective effect on anoxic and reoxygenated papillary myocardium.
