转型时期中国企业的战略演变及其动因分析——以新希望集团为例 被引量:4

摘要 以新希望集团为研究对象,采用纵贯案例研究方法,对其战略演变及其动因进行实地调研。结果发现,三十多年来中国的成功企业经历了大致从顺应环境变迁,进行机会捕捉型成长到通过强调打造核心能力的素质型成长的战略演变。而制度环境一直都是影响中国企业战略演化的重要因素。除此之外,企业的资源与能力和对企业社会责任的强调是新时期中国企业时行战略转型的重要决定因素。 The evolution and motivations of China corporate strategy is explored based on New Hope Group. The results show that:the growth of Chinese successful company growth have gone through a typical path from confirming to environmental changes and seeking environment opportunity to enterprise quality based on core competence in the last 30 years. It is the institutional environment that has always influenced China's corporate strategy evolution. In addition,enterprise resources and capabilities,and social responsibility are important determinant factors in transition period.
