HPLC法测定新三黄汤中大黄素的含量

HPLC determination of the new three-emodin in Yellow Tang

目的:应用HPLC法对新三黄汤中大黄素进行含量测定。方法:选用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),乙腈-水-冰醋酸(60∶40∶1)为流动相,检测波长为439nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:线性范围为0.03832-0.3832μg(r=0.99986),平均回收率为99.94%,RSD%=1.6%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确。

Objective： Use HPLC method to determine the content of emodin in the New Three Soup.Methods： Kromasil C18 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm）, acetonitrilewateracetic acid （60∶40∶1） as mobile phase, detection wavelength 439 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results： The linear range of 0.03832-0.3832 μg （r=0.99986）, average recovery was 99.94%, RSD%= 1.6%.Conclusion： This simple is sensitive and accurate.
