摘要
用川芎嗪静脉滴注治疗５０例慢性肺源性心脏病，观察用药后患者血液粘稠度、ＰＯ２和ＰＣＯ２、Ｈｂ、红细胞压积、肺血流图等指标的变化。结果表明：川芎嗪对慢性肺源性心脏病相关指标均有明显改善作用（Ｐ＜００１），且未发现任何副作用。
Changes in indexes of blood viscosity,PO 2,POC 2,Hb,packed red cell volume and pulmonary hemotachogram were observed before and after medication in 50 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease treated by intravenous infusion of ligusticum piperazine.The results showed that ligusticum piperazine remarkably improved related indexes in chronic pulmonary heart disease(P<0.01),without any side_effect.
