“正清风痛宁”治疗类风湿性关节炎38例疗效观察

Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of“True Wind_Pain Eliminator" in Treating 38 Cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis

为比较正清风痛宁和雷公藤多甙对类风湿性关节炎（ＲＡ）的临床疗效，将７６例患者分为正清风痛宁治疗组和雷公藤多甙对照组各３８例，疗程均为１２周。结果治疗组总有效率９４７４％，对照组总有效率６０５３％（Ｐ＜００１）。治疗组在改善关节晨僵、疼痛、肿胀、活动障碍，降低血沉及Ｃ３等方面明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜００１），胃肠道反应。

In comparison of the clinical therapeutic effects of 'True Wind_Pain Eliminator' and Tripterygium Polyglycoside for rheumatoid arthritis(RA),76 cases were divided into the treatment group of 'True Wind_Pain Eliminator' and the control group of Tripterygium Polyglycoside (38 cases respectively) and the duration of the treatments were all 12 weeks.The results showed that the total effective rate was 94.74% in the treatment group and was 60.53% in the control group (P<0.01).The improvement obtained in morning stiffness,pain,swelling and motor inpairment of the joints and in decrease of ESR and C 3 was remarkably better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).the side effect of the gastrointestinal reaction and influence in menstruation was less in the treatment group than in the control group.
