胶囊内镜对儿童消化道疾病的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of capsule endoscope in children patients with gastrointestinal disease

目的本研究探讨了胶囊内镜在儿童患者消化道疾病诊断中的应用。方法对17例2003年3月~2010年3月在我院行胶囊内镜检查的儿童患者的资料进行分析。其中腹痛待查6例,不明原因消化道出血4例,结肠息肉2例,不明原因腹泻2例,腹痛伴血便1例,结肠肿物1例,体检1例。结果7例检出消化道病变（41.18%）,其中小肠息肉3例,小肠毛细血管畸形1例,小肠寄生虫1例,胃炎2例。所有患者均自行吞服及排出胶囊,未见检查相关的不良反应及并发症。结论胶囊内镜对疑诊为消化道疾病尤其是小肠疾病的儿童患者有较好的诊断价值及安全性。

Objective To discuss the application of capsule endoscope in children patients with gastrointestinal disease.Methods The 17 cases capsule endoscope examination data of 6-14 year-old patients from March 2003 to March 2010 in our hospital were analyzed.There were 6 cases with abdominal pain,4 cases with gastrointestinal bleeding,2 cases with colon polyps,2 cases with diarrhea,1 case with abdominal pain and blood stool,1 case with colon tumor,1 case for medical examination.Results A total of 7 patients obtained positive findings（41.18%）,including small bowel polyps in 3 cases,intestinal vascular malformation in 1 case,intestinal parasite in 1 case and gastritis in 2 cases.All patients could swallow and discharge capsule successfully.No severe side effect and complication were observed.Conclusion Capsule endoscope examination has better diagnostic value and better security in children patients who were suspected with gastrointestinal diseases,especially disease of intestine.
