摘要
采用镀锌法、铝锌法、渗铝法三种预渗工艺来制备嵌入高镍奥氏体铸铁圈的大功率发动机的活塞,对比研究了该工艺条件下结合层的组织结构、强度等。结果表明,以上三种预渗处理对结合层的结合强度各有优势,且在实际生产中均可采用。
The three kinds of pre-infiltration processes, such as galvznizing, aluminum-zincing and aluminizing, were used to prepare powerful engine embeds austenitic iron ring piston containing high-nickel. The microstructure and strength of the bonding layer prepared by the above processes was investigated. The results show that, the three processes have different advantages on the bonding strength of the pistons, can all be adopted in actual production.
